Alexis Noriega
PROJECT MANAGER
Alexis serves as project manager at ARCH Consultants, Ltd. She manages architects, general contractors, project contracts, schedules and budgets. In addition, she oversees architectural and interior design development, site preparation, procurement services, and turnover activities for completed projects. Her extensive background in design allows her to lead teams clearly understanding team roles while managing the development process.
Alexis has 20 years of experience in design, renovation and capital project management.
Prior to joining ARCH, Alexis managed multi-family capital improvements of over $100M in San Diego, California Other project experience includes owner representation for major corporate office buildings’ repositionings, large scale tenant improvement and various retail and restaurant projects on the West Coast and New York City.
Education
Ms. Noriega received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Design Institute of San Diego.
