Justin R. Sager
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Justin Sager is lead consultant for the Western Region/Commercial Environments of ARCH Consultants, Ltd., directing due diligence, feasibility studies, and comprehensive project management. Applying his diverse experience in financial analysis, feasibility studies, capital budgeting, planning, design, and advisory construction management, Mr. Sager has successfully delivered a wide range of project types and scales.
Mr. Sager has more than 18 years of diverse industry experience in architectural design, master planning, agency construction management, RE investment analysis, and full service owner’s representation. His experience spans multiple regions of the United States including projects in Washington, D.C., Colorado, California, and New York.
Prior to joining ARCH, Mr. Sager served as an independent consultant to developers, investors, and operators of a variety of commercial and public projects, helping to protect client interests, promote sound decision-making, and ensure successful project delivery.
His track record includes retail, commercial office, industrial, adaptive reuse, public and institutional, multi-family, and senior living projects.
Education
Mr. Sager has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from San Diego State University and a Master of Architecture degree from Illinois Institute of Technology.
