Richard Scott Haberkorn
PROJECT MANAGER
Scott Haberkorn acts as the lead consultant for Healing environments at ARCH Consultants, Ltd. He manages developers, general contractors, project contracts and budgets. In addition he oversees architectural and interior design development, site preparation, procurement services, and turnover activities for completed projects.
Mr. Haberkorn has over 20 years of large-scale construction project management experience, ranging from upscale senior living developments to full-service hotels. As a Director of Design & Construction for Wyndham Worldwide, he served as primary design and construction interface between hotel clients/owners/developers, management companies and Wyndham Worldwide. With project management of all Wyndham hotel projects, his duties included coordinating and refinement of architectural and interior design documents, constructability reviews and value engineering assistance, construction quality assurance, organization of final walk-through for project brand compliance and opening approval.
Mr. Haberkorn also worked as a Project Director for Classic Residence by Hyatt, where he directed design and construction phases of large-scale projects and represented Classic Residence by Hyatt as on-site day-to-day Owner’s Representative for a variety of projects including continuing care retirement communities with budgets ranging from $75 million to $185 million.
Prior to joining Hyatt, Mr. Haberkorn was a Senior Project Manager for Marriott International. He managed the construction of over 100 Marriott hotels throughout the United States and Canada, with construction budgets of $10 million to $60 million. He also had responsibility for several continuing care retirement community projects with budgets of $32 million to $43 million.

Mr. Haberkorn received his Bachelor of Science in Construction degree from Bradley University.
