Tim Winnecke
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Tim serves as the lead for the Healing environments at ARCH Consultants, Ltd. He manages architects, general contractors, project contracts and budgets. In addition, he oversees architectural and interior design development, site preparation, procurement services, and turnover activities for completed projects. His extensive background in finance and design allows him to lead teams clearly understanding team roles while managing the project proforma.
Mr. Winnecke has 20 years of experience in design, finance, development and capital project management.
Prior to joining ARCH, Tim spent over a decade with Northwestern Memorial Healthcare leading construction, development and finance for their entire portfolio. Tim managed the development of enterprise forecasting systems as well as financial modeling. Project experience included a twenty-five story, one million square foot medical office building, a 419-room hotel acquisition, and led the team in planning, budgeting and execution 400,000 square foot replacement hospital.
Prior positions included project management with highlighted projects for the University of Chicago capital allocation and real estate planning; life cycle analysis, extensive cost tracking management for multi-site, office and lab spaces; development manager for multiple industrial park sites; as well as accounting and interior design services.
Notable projects include a dry lab project for Northwestern University, as well as facility assessments for Chicago Public Schools and GSA.
Education
Mr. Winnecke received his BA in Architecture from the University of Illinois, Chicago and his MBA from DePaul University.
