Broadmead New Entrance Successfully Opened
Broadmead’s new entry is open and residents, staff and guests are already benefiting from the much safer entrance to the community thanks to a new traffic signal installed on York road. This is one element of a complex phased repositioning for a CCRC in Cockeysville, Maryland where ARCH serves as Owner’s Representative.

ARCH Participates in Virtual 5K
ARCH was pleased to participate in Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey virtual feet in the street fun run. The virtual 5K benefited LSMNJ’s COVID Relief efforts and the H.E.R.O program serving the underserved in Camden.

Glenmere Ribbon Cutting
ARCH was pleased to celebrate Glenmere at The Village at Rockville’s virtual ribbon cutting this week. The Glenmere expansion includes a new 130 unit independent living building and a variety of amenities including dining, wellness, aquatics and entertainment spaces. The beautiful new buildings complement the existing campus while providing an updated design aesthetic that responds to industry trends and expectations. ARCH guided master planning and provided capital project management services on behalf of the Owner National Lutheran Communities & Services.

Richfield Construction Progress
Richfield Living’s Salem, Virginia campus celebrates the completion of their new Town Center and multiple Independent Living buildings as part of the current phase one project. Town Center amenities include indoor and outdoor dining options, a resident Club Room, Beauty Salon, and Fitness/Spa areas. ARCH is providing construction monitoring services for the multi-phase repositioning project.

Phased Repositioning Complete
The master planned redevelopment project at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center campus in Brush, Colorado is now complete. The new assisted living and memory care building, new skilled nursing wings, commercial kitchen, laundry and common area amenities enhanced the community’s previous levels of care and improved upon existing services. ARCH provided Development Management services for the campus, bringing qualified team members to the project at the appropriate time, obtaining maximum value from all parties involved, and charting a course for the successful, efficient completion of the complex multi-phased project.

Schaumburg Renovations Complete
ARCH is eager to share before and after photos of Friendship Village of Schaumburg’s recent renovation project. Improvements included three floors of Independent Living corridors and common space renovations and unit combinations for larger apartments, all while managing a fully occupied building.
