ARCH’s President, Frank Muraca, joins Ziegler and fellow industry investors and leaders to discuss recent activity in the not-for-profit senior living sector. Frank brings an Owner’s Representative perspective, overseeing nationwide senior living projects from campus renovations to large scale repositioning.

A gorgeous three-story medical office building in Gilbert, Arizona is complete. Contemporary colors and finishes clad the structure along with an integrated wing wall serving as an integral signage monument pictured below. ARCH provided project management services for the design and construction of the shell and core elements.

The Legacy at North Augusta three-story expansion and renovation project is complete. ARCH served as development advisor for National Lutheran Communities & Services, completing the project ahead of schedule and under budget.

Given current events and looking ahead to getting through this episode together, we want to update you on our actions as a firm. We have taken measures to reduce risk through remote work, education, suspension of travel while remaining connected through technology. Our first priority is for the health and safety of our talented team, clients, partners and vendors. 

You can be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to serve you. There may be increasing challenges to project workflow and communications if this pandemic increases significantly in severity. Some of those challenges may be beyond our control, but we will continue to find ways to provide uninterrupted service. Over the short-term, project teams may be challenged to deliver service during construction with the normal accommodation, however, we will persevere and support you and your projects. 

We are beginning to see impacts related to the COVID-19 Pandemic such as ever-evolving supply chain interruptions, limitations on building inspections, and the increasing potential of labor reductions of available workforce for construction and provider organizations to care for residents. The Annual Sterling Friendship Award recognizes an individual or organization epitomizing the positive aspects of aging through the example they have set in their own life or in the service to older adults.
