ARCH congratulates National Lutheran Communities & Services & The Legacy at North Augusta on the recent groundbreaking of the new Memory Care Unit. The proposed project includes a three-story addition with renovations to the existing facility.

Congratulations to the team at the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Burr Ridge, Illinois for being awarded the “Best New Medical Office Building” at the Healthcare Real Estate Insights awards. ARCH is proud to have been a part of the project team serving as project manager for the developer MedProperties Group.

ARCH would like to extend congratulations to our two clients, Broadmead, Inc. and The Village at Rockville National Lutheran Communities & Services, for their groundbreakings this Fall. We look forward to guiding them through the construction phase.

The ARCH team is excited to relocate to our new office location at 300 Knightsbridge Parkway, Suite 340 in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The new space offers an open layout that encourages a collaborative working atmosphere.

ARCH President, Frank Muraca, spoke at the FDI-AEC Conference in Detroit, Michigan on implications for Owners and Design Builders. The FDI-AEC is the Fiduciary Duty Initiative in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction. This event was a first-of-its-kind, covering the foundations of the fiduciary duty for licensed design professionals, implications for the industry, and solutions for managing future implications.

Renovations to the main kitchen and bistro at Shenandoah Valley Westminster Canterbury are officially complete. ARCH provided Owner’s Representative services for the campus.

Phase one of the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center project has been completed. This phase of the project included the development of a new memory care and assisted living building. ARCH is working as the Development Manager on this three-phase project.
