ARCH proudly supports Feeding America as a part of our corporate social responsibility program. We had a great time participating in the Foodie 5K, running to support our hungry neighbors.

Brit Vipham had the opporunity to speak during a campfire learning circle at the LeadingAge Illinois Annual Meeting and Exposition. She spoke about the importance of implementing clear communication channels and establishing expectations early on in order to bring a project to a successful conclusion.

Meadow Ridge, a Senior Care Development property, has opened the doors to their new dining space, The Bistro. The bistro features bright, open café space and outdoor seating. ARCH provided project management services for the campus.

The Chapel renovation at The Village at Rockville, a National Lutheran Communities & Services community, has been completed in Rockville, Maryland. The renovation included a complete refurbishment with new interior finishes, lighting, furnishings and upgrades to the audio/visual system. The project also included renovations to the adjacent lobby and restrooms. ARCH provided project management services for this campus.

The team at ARCH was fortunate to have a wonderful 2017 and we are looking forward to what 2018 will bring. Looking back on 2017, ARCH achieved some significant milestones. ARCH managed 61 projects in 12 states, gained six new clients, presented three educational sessions, attended 14 conferences and added one associate to our firm. ARCH President, Frank Muraca, and his daughter, Gabriela, (pictured below) attended the Swedish Covenant Hospital Foundation’s Annual Benefit Gala benefiting SCH’s Violence Prevention Program.

This year, ARCH was welcomed into The Sterling Circle Members at the Friendship Senior Options annual Sterling Friendship Award Dinner. The Sterling Circle Members are an elite group of donors that earn their recognition through exemplary commitment and dedication to their mission to service seniors in their community. Pictured is Brit Vipham, Communications Manager, with other new Circle Member inductees.

Phase one of the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center Expansion is currently in progress in Brush, Colorado. Phase one consists of a 70+ unit assisted living/memory care addition. Currently the team is working on the exterior walls, windows and roof with interior framing and in-wall mechanical/electrical rough-ins. ARCH serves as a development consultant for this phased redevelopment.

Ric D’Amico, Senior Project Manager at ARCH was recently chosen as a juror to review the Environments for Aging Magazine – Remodel/Renovation Competition submissions. To view the competition winners, pick up the fall issue of Environments for Aging magazine later this year.

Phase I of the campus expansion is complete at the Casa de las Campanas Life Plan Community located in San Diego, California. The project included a new salon, bistro and Fitness Center. The next phase of development includes a new skilled nursing facility offering residents more private rooms and enhanced healthcare services. ARCH currently serves as Owner’s Representative for the phased development.
