Services Provided
ARCH Consultants provided Owner’s Representative services including coordination of the design team and pre-construction management of design and pricing efforts. ARCH also facilitated the entitlement process through the Village and State, including zoning approval, building permit, state Department of Transportation authorization, issuance of Certificate of Need, and IDPH approval.
