Evaluate Project Viability
Articulate project scope in terms of business overview, metrics, and program needs to create a preliminary development plan.
Site Selection and Acquisition
Understand growth initiatives to assist in the selection of sites and acquisition opportunities that best align with the organizational and fiscal objectives of the Owners.
Due Diligence
Identify Authorities Having Jurisdiction, regulations, zoning conditions and unique project requirements to assess project feasibility.
