Construction Observation

Monitor budgets, schedule and progress of work including regular visits to the project site to inform the Owner on the progress of work.

Regulatory Assistance

Ensure that permits are in place for construction and assist in obtaining all approvals from Agencies Having Jurisdiction.

Cost Controls/ Monitoring

Represent Owner’s interests identifying and controlling costs, while monitoring work activities to avoid defects and deficiencies; identify financial responsibility for subsequent discussion and resolution, when necessary.

Owner Vendor Management

Provide assistance monitoring, evaluating, and leading the various project participants.

Quality Review

Verify that the project conforms to the construction document requirements and that the building quality meets the Owner’s expectations.

Schedule Review

Keep Owner informed of the progress of work and construction in progress, to determine that completed and scheduled work will conform to the overall project schedule.
