Value Engineering
Identify all variances from budget objectives, coordinate changes required to meet budget criteria and consider opportunities to improve the budget to maximize efficiencies, usable life, maintenance, energy and operation, and their impacts on budget and schedule.
Site Logistics Planning
Work with project team to assess the site feasibility with appropriate regional data and environmental studies.
Contractor Selection
Assist Owner in selecting and engaging a construction professional/firm, including identifying prospective candidates, developing selection criteria, and preparing and distributing requests for proposals, making recommendations, and preparing and reviewing the Professional agreement.
GC Bid/Negotiations
Facilitate the evaluation of General Contractor bids against bid criteria and compliance with the project objectives.
Permitting Assistance
Contribute to the completion and submittal of applications for permits.
Budget/Schedule Tracking
Solicit estimates of construction costs to advise Owner regarding construction budgets, value engineering and construction sequence, duration, and segmentation of project into contracts for various categories of work.
