Justin Sager
Senior Project Manager
Justin is the Lead Consultant for the Western Region & Commercial Environments of ARCH Consultants, directing due diligence, feasibility studies and comprehensive project management. Applying his diverse experience in financial analysis, feasibility studies, capital budgeting, planning, design and advisory construction management, Justin has successfully delivered a wide range of project types and scales.
Justin has more than 30 years of diverse industry experience in architectural design, master planning, agency construction management, real estate investment analysis and full-service owner’s representation. His experience spans multiple regions of the United States, including projects in Washington, D.C., Colorado, California and New York.
Prior to joining ARCH, Justin served as an independent consultant to developers, investors and operators of a variety of commercial and public projects, helping to protect client interests, promote sound decision-making and ensure successful project delivery.
His track record includes retail, commercial office, industrial, adaptive reuse, public and institutional, multi-family and senior living projects.
Education
Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from San Diego State University and a Master of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
