Victor Ceron
Vice President of Project Management
Victor serves as Vice President of Project Management at ARCH Consultants, where he leads complex capital programs spanning ground-up construction, major renovations and portfolio-wide reinvestment initiatives. With a rare blend of operator mindset and deep construction expertise, Victor drives projects from early concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality and long-term asset performance.
Victor brings over 25 years of extensive industry experience across commercial, residential and specialized facilities, and has experience in ground-up development, large-scale renovations and abatement. He also has a strong technical foundation across building systems such as HVAC and electrical infrastructure. Victor has led highly regulated projects, including HCAI/OSHPD environments, and maintains a strong command of building codes, compliance requirements and life safety systems.
Prior to joining ARCH, Victor’s work has included the implementation and oversight of critical systems such as CMMS platforms, life safety programs and operational policies and procedures, ensuring both regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across communities. Some key clients include Episcopal Senior Communities, Covia Communities, Kisco Senior Living, Westfield Shopping Centers and Lockheed Martin.
In addition to his construction leadership, Victor plays an active role in compliance governance, serving on committees that help shape policy, risk mitigation strategies and best practices across the organization. He has also worked closely with insurance carriers and adjusters following major loss events, providing expert-level estimating, scope development and recovery planning to restore operations quickly and effectively. Widely regarded as an estimation expert, he brings precision and foresight to forecasting, cost control and capital planning.
Victor’s leadership style is grounded in accountability, collaboration and care. Education
Victor received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Jose University. He is also a Class B Licensed General Building Contractor and received his HVAC Degree and EPA Universal License from the Institute of Business and Technology in Santa Clara, California. Additionally, Victor has his Electrician Certification from San Jose City College.
