Ben Butler
Vice President of Development
Ben serves as Vice President of Development at ARCH Consultants, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in the senior living and hospitality industries. He has worked on a variety of large-scale culinary and environmental service transformations and community innovation projects within the senior living sector. Other professional experience includes strategic procurement management, multi-site operational leadership and the development of B2B client solutions.
Prior to joining ARCH, Ben most recently served as Vice President of Growth at Aramark SeniorLIFE+, leading the growth of strategic partnerships to redefine hospitality through the integration of innovative culinary programs, environmental services and community-centric solutions designed to elevate the resident experience. Before his time with Aramark, Ben spent 18 years at The Kendal Corporation, where he served in several senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Culinary Services Operations & Procurement and Vice President of Development & Special Projects. During his tenure at Kendal, he was instrumental in the development of Enso Village, a $300 million Zen-inspired Life Plan Community, and led the strategic expansion of The Kendal System across numerous Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
Ben also held various management positions at Sodexo and is a recognized thought leader in the aging services sector, frequently contributing to and engaging in industry discussions. Ben and his family are based in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania.

Ben received his Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University.
