Roxanne Garcia
Associate Project Manager
As Associate Project Manager at ARCH Consultants, Roxanne has assisted with a wide range of projects since joining the team, including the development management of a multiphase independent living project involving reconfiguration of units and additions. Her experience also includes new independent living product, financial analysis and bid comparisons for large developments, repositioning and master planning of multiple sites and renovation of existing facilities.
Prior to joining ARCH, Roxanne had seven years of professional experience, including architecture design, real estate development and asset management. She previously focused on commerical mixed-use and community impact developments.
Education
Roxanne received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and her Master of Business in Real Estate from the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University.
